Policies

  • All appointments require a valid credit card on file to secure your reservation.

  • Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you; please arrive promptly to enjoy the full benefit of your service.

  • New clients may be required to complete intake forms prior to their appointment.

  • We kindly ask that only the client receiving treatment attend the appointment (unless discussed prior).

Booking Policies

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the service cost.

  • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Cancellation & No-Shows

  • We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.

  • Late arrivals will be charged for the full session, even if the treatment is abbreviated.

Late Arrivals

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window.

  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments or consultations.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. .

Refunds & Payments

  • Please arrive with a clean, bare face (no makeup, sunscreen, oils, or heavy skincare products).

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

  • For in-person appointments if you have a recent sunburn, open wounds, or active infections, please notify us before your appointment, as rescheduling may be required for your safety.

Appointment Etiquette

  • For in-person appointments, if you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.

  • All treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • Our staff follows strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during treatments, to prioritize client safety.
